First, clean the chicken leg, then soak
the chicken leg with the fried chicken powder for at least
4 hours. Put the soaked chicken leg into the cream powder,
then wet it with water and rub crispy powder and fry.

Wash clean chicken leg and drain dry, rub
garlic fried chicken powder and roast for four hours. Add
the bbq sauce and soak for 3 to 5 minutes, then put it in
the wok and fry. After it's well-fried, brush the
sugar-treated preserves sauce, sprinkle some white sesame
on the top, then put the chicken between two slices of
bread (same as Zinger Burger). |
